1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any tags, labels, manuals, or accessories must be intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, etc.).

Please note that certain products are not eligible for returns, such as:

  • Personalized or Customized Items
  • Undergarments and Swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Products on Clearance or Final Sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at support@mintisu.com or call us at +919697539419 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send your items back without a return authorization.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
  4. Return Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the status of your refund or exchange.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will process the exchange once we have received the original item.

  • If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or an alternative product.
  • The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost if the exchange is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
    • Items that show obvious signs of use.
    • Items missing original packaging, tags, or parts.
    • Items returned beyond the specified timeframe.

5. Non-Refundable Costs

Please note that shipping charges for your original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product). If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will still apply.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the indicated processing time:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Photos of the damaged/defective product.

We will arrange for a prompt replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return the item once it arrives.
  • Pre-Orders and Backorders: Pre-orders and backorders can be canceled for a full refund up until the item has shipped.
