  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM on Saturday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday or the next working day.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email or phone regarding the revised shipping timeline or options for substitution or cancellation.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we plan to expand in the future. Stay tuned!

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹ 10,000/-
  • For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Expedited or express shipping options are available at an additional cost.

5. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the day of shipment, depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: For quicker delivery, we offer express shipping options where the estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and during busy periods (e.g., sales events, festivals, etc.).

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can monitor the progress of your package directly through the carrier’s website.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Mintisu Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the item.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery times stated, some deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier service issues. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions in some areas. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or refunds.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We advise customers to take photos of the damaged packaging and items as evidence. If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement at no additional cost.
