At Mintisu Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and payment options.
1. Payment Options
We offer two flexible payment methods:
- Full Payment Upfront: Pay 100% of the product cost at the time of purchase using our secure online payment system.
- Partial Payment (20% Booking + Cash on Delivery): Pay 20% of the order value at the time of booking, and the remaining 80% in cash upon delivery.
Note: The 20% booking amount is refundable, but only after deduction of forward and return courier (RTO) charges, if the order is returned or cancelled after dispatch.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You raise the return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, labels, and accessories.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Customized or made-to-order items (unless defective).
- Undergarments and Swimwear (due to hygiene reasons).
- Used, altered, or damaged products after delivery.
- Products returned after the 3-day window.
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@mintisu.com or reach out to us on +919697539419 within 3 days of delivery.
- Share your order number, issue details, and photos of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will assist you with return pickup or provide instructions based on your location.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will process the exchange once we have received the original item.
- If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or an alternative product.
- The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost if the exchange is due to an error on our part.
5. Refunds
Forward Courier Charges:
- For orders above ₹1000: We offer free delivery — no forward shipping charges apply.
- For orders below ₹1000: A flat delivery fee of ₹40 is applicable.
Note: This ₹40 delivery charge is non-refundable in case of returns.
Important:
If the return is not due to our fault (such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or any non-defective reason), we will deduct both forward and return courier charges from your refund — regardless of the order value. These charges will be shared with you for full transparency, along with official shipping receipts from our logistics partner.
However, if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid, without any deduction for forward or return courier charges.
6. Return Courier Charges (RTO)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if the return is not due to a product defect or our error.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return courier cost in full.
7. Refund Scenarios
Full Payment Orders:
If your return is approved:
- You will receive a refund of the total paid amount.
- Minus forward and return courier charges, only if the return is not due to our fault.
- In case of a defective or incorrect product, the full refund will be issued without deduction of any shipping charges.
Partial Payment Orders:
- If only 20% booking is paid and return is requested before delivery:
You will receive a refund of your booking amount after deduction of forward and return courier charges (if the product was already shipped). - If full payment (20% + 80% COD) is completed and a return is requested within 3 days:
Treated as a full payment order — refund is processed as per the same conditions mentioned above for full payment orders. - If the return request is outside the 3-day window or the product has been used/damaged:
No refund will be issued.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the indicated processing time:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@mintisu.com.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [support@mintisu.com] or [+919697539419] with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the damaged/defective product.
We will arrange for a prompt replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After 12 hours or once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may still request a return (if eligible), and shipping charges shall apply as per the terms mentioned above.
11. Delivery Refusals
If you refuse the order upon delivery without a valid reason (such as visible damage), your 20% booking amount will be refunded only after deducting forward and return courier charges. In such cases, we also reserve the right to restrict future access to the partial payment option.
